TMS320F280049: IBIS model vs. Data Manual Electrical Characteristics

In the F280049 Data Manual Electrical Characteristics, the The VOH parameter shows a min of VDDIO-0.2V for the test condition of IOH=-100uA.

Using the IBIS model, this does not seem to match (shows around VDDIO-0.34V).

Please confirm which is correct, i.e. min High-Level voltage with output current of 100uA.

Can someone please validate the IV curve data in the IBIS model (reference BCF3385D_DRIVER_3P3)?

Our IBIS team has confirmed that there is a problem with this file. They are working on the fix, I will get back to you with the schedule for the fix.

When debugged further, we in fact see no issues with IBIS. We suspect the issue is due to measurement. Attached are details.

Eric,

We believe that the IBIS model and datasheet are consistent with each other. The VDDIO in our simulation is 2.97V, which produces an output of 2.9613V at 100uA load. The 8.7mV drop is well within the VDDIO - 0.2V specification in the datasheet.
