We now have full exmaples using PR controllers

software available through controlSUITE and C2000WARE-DIGITALPOWER-SDK

I'll recommend the C2000WARE-DIGITALPOWER-SDK, as that is going to be out platform going forward for digital power applications

import the inverter project, refer to the UG on the first page pointed to.

I installed the SDK, but couldn't locate PR controller. Could you please provide the path.

I want to import the project as you mentioned. Is it by opening the CCS, files - import.

I am unable to find development kits in the path:

digital power sdk -> development kits -> HV Inverter -> Grid connected Inverter

Please guide.

I am looking for something like how PI is explained in DMC MATH.
Its difficult to understand from the code.

Yes, it is released in controlSUITE as well. I pointed to the SDK because that is the latest version of this software and the one we will maintain.

We do not support PR as a library module as there is no need to do so and hence we will not create a doc as you are referring to in the DMC math.

As you can see the PR controller is mapped to a 2p2z structure. I do not have everything for you as you want. But as engineers, we do get into this situation quite often.

To explain how PR controllers are discretized, I can offer you the attached document. PRController.pdf

Wrc is the damping frequency band, and wo1 is the desired resonant pole.

In the PRController.pdf, you had mentioned about PR controller without damping and also have given the discretised version of it.

I see that the gain at the resonant frequency is very high, which i want. I would like to use the corresponding difference equation in my code.

Also,

just to clarify wrc is the desired resonant freq location and wo1 is the corrected resonant freq location.
