Closed Loop Control of an Inverter by using TMS320F28335 and Matlab 2017

 I am trying to make closed-loop control of grid-connected single-phase inverter by using PR controller by using TMS320F28335 and Matlab 2016a. I am interfacing texas kit with Matlab 2016a. 

Actually, what I am doing is sensing voltage at ADC and checking that at EPWM as shown in bellow figure (I am doing this in order to design a control loop for the solar inverter). when I use DC supply at the ADC port and changes its values from 0-3V of experimental kit the width of EPWM changes as observed in the video attached. But, when I use voltage sensor (LV25-P) (designed for sensing 40 V) it is not sensing. I don't know how to troubleshoot this error, I tried on both boards but it's not working??? Is there any scaling required ???. Please guide me how to resolve this problem. Hoping a positive reply from your side.
