what is difference between CLARCK and PARK transform in Solar lib and Motor_Control Math_Block?
can they do the same job?

"CLARKE_F.h" is in solar lib and "clarke.h" is in motor_control lib.

These two functions are the same in theory, which converts balanced three phase quantities ABC into balanced two phase stationary quadrature (Alpha/Beta) quantities. The clarke in motor math lib only uses two phase quantities input since Va+Vb+Vc=0, and the clake in solar lib uses two phase quantities input, but the convert result is the same in both functions. And there is a Zero component which is used to check if the balance of 3-phase input.

As Yanming pointed out, the solar lib version takes the full transform with the zero. This is required in many solar applications. In motor control this is typically not required hence the computation for the same is saved.
