RTOS/TMS320F28034: CPU-Timer 1 for User Application or RTOS use?

Hi Team,

I have a customer using the TMS320F28034 where the application requires the use of both timer 0 and timer 1. He would like to clarify whether or not Timer 1 can be used for user applications or for RTOS use. 

Section 3.5 seems to suggest it can be used in user application but the Table 98 mentions "External Interrupt 13 (XINT13) or CPU-Timer 1 (for RTOS use)".
