High Frequency Phase-Shift Full-Bridge and Bi-Directional DC-DC

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TIDA-01407, TIDM-BIDIR-400-12

Dears,

My company is doing OBC design and DCDC design.  I am very interested  in TI product.

Is there any reference design for this case?

1st Case:

High Frequency Phase-Shift Full-Bridge:

Frequency around 200K.

Input:750V

output:14V or 24V

2-3KW

2nd Case:

Bi-Directional DC-DC  Design

35V for one side 750V for another.

3kW

Any reference design for this case? I find some reference like TIDA-01407 and TIDM-BIDIR-400-12.

Is that OK to enhance the input the voltage. Any drive, controller suggestion?

Many thanks

  • Zhengqing, hello and thank you for your interest in Texas Instruments and our TI Designs. I have done some background discussion with the Power Design and Systems teams that may have something that you are looking for. Unfortunately, the answer is we don't have a solution that will do what your are looking for at this time. The closest matches are the two TI Designs that you mentioned in your E2E question (TIDA-01407 and TIDM-BIDIR-400-12).

Thanks again for your interest in Texas Instruments. We encourage you to continue to check our TI Designs for any future subsystem needs you or your colleagues may have.
