Good Day,

We have a project which uses both CAN and USB functionality. The libraries we have used are deprecated, and I have been tasked with updating the CAN functionality to the 1.0.03/1.0.04 versions. I have found during the process that this causes issues with the USB functionality, as several of the library calls still rely on deprecated code. The usb.lib file is making some calls to the older USB code, and this is giving me some trouble. My current thought is to update the calls and build a new library file, however I am unsure of how to determine what files this was built from. If possible, could you provide me with the contents (.c and .h) files that were used to build the USBlib.lib file found in C2000Ware_1_00_03_00\libraries\communications\usb\f2837xs\lib? Thank you for any assistance.

Hi,

Unfortunately, the examples usb.c/.h which have been put in the depracated folder. These should not be deprecated. The USB library in the libraries folder should be used with the usb.c/.h files in the deprecated folder.

Thank you for that information. The file usb.lib, which is contained in code, I'm trying to create an additional library file with slight modifications to replace this. Can you provide me with the files that were included to build USB.lib?

You can find the USB library CCS project in the libraries/communications folder of C2000Ware.
