I have a 3 coil, sensored motor connected in Y formation. I need to be able to ramp up to a speed and hold it in order to measure the waveform and torque. I need to be able to supply the driver with both 12Vdc and 24Vdc and to vary the current between 2A and 10A. Can I accomplish this using the DRV8312-CS-KIT? If so, how? If not, what would be a good alternative? Thanks.

Yes, you may run this motor on DRV8312-C2-Kit, but the kit only support the 3.5A continuous phase current (6.5A peak current). The DRV8301-69M-KIT
or DRV8301-HC-C2-KIT maybe a good choice for your application, the kit can support 60V/40A 3-phase motor.

All of the controlSuite documents for these kits only list sensorless control as the options. Is there a GUI for sensored control as well?

There is a hall sensored BLDC project using trapezoidal control supported DRV8312-C2-Kit in TI controlSUITE, you may also find a encoder sensored project in controlSUITE as below folder which demos on HVMTR-Kit, it's not difficult to port these projects to other kits.

I am hoping to used a closed loop speed control using hall sensor feedback, AKA the BLDC Sensored project. If I am still using the DRV8312-C2-KIT, can I adjust the 3.5A continuous phase down since that is the max? Thank you
