TMS320F280049: Non Resolver-to-digital converter design

Dears,

I am now using C2000 as motor control platform.

An Resolver-to-digital converter is used to control motor. 

For new C2000 MCU 280049 has delta sigma filter, is there any possible do not use Resolver-to-digital converter to control the motor?

I heard some friends made this by using C2000, is there an example code for Non Resolver-to-digital converter design.

I want test this in my design as the next step of my company.
