CCS/TMS320F28377D: blackhawk c2000 issue not able to program flash

Hi everybody ,

I m on CCS6.1.1 due to legacy project working on other PCs .

I can do programming and debug in RAM using Blackhawk , issue happens if I try to program flash

I get "load Program Error " ' unable to lad .out file ...

same code using XDS100 everything is fine , I tested also on experimenter Kit to be sure no HW issue .

I run also test for Blackhawk Jtag inside CCS and no issue ...

please what shoudl I try ?

Carlo,

Can you look at the On-Chip Flash settings (Tools-> On Chip Flash) and confirm that the "Erase and Program" button is selected?

yes it is set .
I can do erase of the device too

Hi Carlo,

Since you are able to erase/program with xds100 emulator, board and device should be fine. Please check for update in CCS and if there are any updates available for Blackhawk, please install it and then re-try.
