I have gone through the examples earlier and also I got the code through ccs. While working the pwm pins of TMS320F28379D I am not getting any sort of output.I also can't activate the boot mode to make the pins high.so please explain me the entire procedure .

I think that you will find the following workshop useful for learning about how to generate a PWM waveform, as well as working the F28379D device:

In this multi-day workshop, please see the lab exercise in module 7. This lab exercise is built on the previous modules, so you may need to refer to them for learning about the processor initialization, etc.

Additionally, you might be interested in seeing the one-day workshop materials, which has a video too (but I recommend the above workshop for specifically learning about generating a PWM waveform):
