F28M35H52C: Dual Boot example

I am trying to complete a start up routine for the dual core (M3 / C28) MCU.

I have tried the example "Blinky" program but can only get one of the cores to run without the debugger. The M3 or C28 runs but not both together.

Does anybody have a example or suggestions on how to get both running on power up?
