May i know the F280049 PZ package with Thermal Pad or not? i cannot found this info in the datasheet.

If has, could you provide the detail size of the thermal pad?

It does not have a thermal pad, the power consumption on F28004x series is much less than previous Piccolo F2806x and F2807x

You will see no mention of thermal pad in the datasheet or the CAD drawing

you can compare this to the F28069 HTQFP PZP package which does have a thermal pad
