TMS320F2806: Pin bias

Part Number: TMS320F2806

Team,

My customer has the following question.

I’m seeking help identifying a static biasing condition for this part for 1) neutron radiation latchup testing and 2) total ionizing dose radiation testing. We have obtained the TI evaluation boards and are working on developing a more complex test, however I’d like to initially test the part in a statically biased condition (i.e. power input and passive loading).

I cannot use the eval. Board during this initial testing since it contains electronics that could be affected by the neutron radiation. My goal is to design a simple bias board that only contains the DSP and passive capacitance or resistance and power input to the part. I need help identifying how to bias each pin (Pull-up? Pull-down? NC? VCC? Gnd?). During test, we will monitor the supply current to detect any latchup event(s).

Thank you for your assistance!

Regards,

Aaron
