Hi all,

I want to do over the air firmware update of texas piccolo board which is connected to GSM module through UART. Is it possible, or is there any other way possible.

Please give some idea.

Hi Nayan,

You can implement a Serial bootloader for the chip that would flash it using UART on GSM module. Refer:
processors.wiki.ti.com/.../C2000_Bootloader

HI Gautam,

Thanks for replying, As mentioned in the link (processors.wiki.ti.com/.../C2000_Bootloader). I think it already has a bootloader in it that will dump the code which i will send through SCI(uart). Do i need to implement my own?

This example code is what you might need if you are looking for re-program your firmware code.
