I am going through the F2837xD Reference Manual and trying to find how I could integrate the Trip Zone 4 input into the ePWM modules. The documentation is pretty clear that all ePWM modules have the TZ4 input sourced from any of the eQEP modules. F28379D has 3 eQEP modules. Great.
The manual clearly shows that the ERR signal comes from the eQEP1ERR or eQEPnERR.
Looking at the eQEP section in the same manual, there is no explanation or reference to the nERR register of flag. Can anyone provide information how this eQEPnERR is configured? What causes this nERR signal to change? What am I missing?
