TMS320F280041: ADC sample rate of C2000

The datasheet of F280041 offer the ENOB under 100kHz sample rate. I want to know the ENOB under the higher sample rate like 1 MHz sample rate.

    Hi Jimmy,

    Please note that the fin in the ENOB spec is the frequency of the sampled signal, not the sampling rate.  The test conditions in the ENOB spec is as follows:

    - Input Frequency of Sampled Sinusoid = 100Khz

    - Sampling Rate = 3.45Mhz
