TMS320F28335: RAM size select

Hi TI,

I want to know how to select a MCU's integrated RAM size after I know the compiled project's size like following picture?How about Flash size?

(ZI Data:Zero Initialized Data)

Hi Frank,

When in debug mode, simply Click on Window -> Show View -> Memory Allocation. If Memory allocation is not present, simply add it from 'Other' option.

Hi Gautam,
Thanks.But the circumstance mentioned above is that when there isn't a MCU I can debug,the only information I know is the compiled C project's size.

Then you can simply browse the .map file. Refer: e2e.ti.com/.../1038784
