I've just started learning the programming of the controller "TMS320F28035". Can you please help me in implementing SVPWM module for controlling the motor and can I get any examples for controlling the BLDC motor.

I'd suggest to start with demo project from controlsuite.

Here is the path to get the example code, hope it helps you.

What about SVPWM Module?Do Ive to write the SVPWM module to control the motor or do TI provides the SVPWM module?

SVPWM module is available as a macro in controlsuite, that is used in many example projects within controlsuite. You can either reuse it or use it as reference. If you review any example project PDF, you will find further references.
