Hi,

I have a problem, the boot_demo_usb works properly with dfuprog.exe but when i add my project look like the picture. I can display the device properly with dfuprog.exe (dfuprog -e)

I try to erase my project with dfuprog.exe (dfuprog -c) and downloading again. I get this error DFU_ERR_UNKNOWN (-4)

I attached my cmd file.

How can fix it.

I read this file F2806x_USBBL_UG.pdf. Please will not send again .

Hi

You are using the boot_loader project in the MWare. Are you making any change to it? Is there some error that comes when you import this from c2000ware.

I am trying to debug this issue but i don't know much about it. I don't know how much time it might take to debug the issue.

Hi,

The boot_loader project works properly with dfuprog.exe but when I add my .c and .h file in this example, I will try to erase the project with dfuprog.exe (dfuprog -c). During erasing I've got this error DFU_ERR_UNKNOWN (-4).

It appears another user is experiencing the same issue: e2e.ti.com/.../690045

Can you send the boot_loader project as an attachment please?

Also, the other user seems to believe the issue being caused by a failure to properly erase the flash. Can you try to comfirm if this is your same issue? Can you debug the boot_loader and see if the erase command is failing on your side as well.

Also, can you specify which Windows operating system you are using? Which CCS version? And which compiler version? And are you using C2000Ware or controlSUITE? Which version of the boot_loader are you using?

The serial_flash_programmer and the SCI flash kernels are available in C2000Ware.

C:\ti\c2000\C2000Ware_1_00_04_00\device_support\f2806x\examples\c28\f28069_flash_kernel

We have a CAN_flash_programmer and CAN flash kernel that will be coming out in the middle of next week, June 27.
