Thanks. I see that all of the example code are choosing external oscillator, is there a demo code using internal oscillator for 100MHZ?

the internal oscillator runs at 10Mhz, so you wont get reference example for 100Mhz internal oscillator.

yes, you have to select internal osc as source for PLL (CLKSRCCTL1 register). But i doubt if there is a standard example for interrupt init using Internal osc.

I think it's not too hard to configure device run at 100Mhz with using internal osc. Below code should work well, isn't it?
InitSysPll(INT_OSC2,IMULT_20,FMULT_0pt0,PLLCLK_BY_2); //fPLLRAWCLK = 20*10 = 200MHZ, fPLLSYSCLK = fPLLRAWCLK /2 = 100Mhz
