Would you please let me know whether 28069F support DMA via SPI channel ?

I mean data received from SPI stored in DMA channel by itself.

    No, The F280269 SPI does not have DMA on the SPI module. This feature is now available on the F2807x, F2837x, and F28004x devices.

    For the F2806x, you might consider using the McBSP in Clock Stop/SPI mode. There are examples in c2000Ware for the feature.
