What kind reset actions will not cause the XRS pin to pull Lo, or will it not restart the Core?

hi Johnny,

The external XRS pin of the device is not pulled low by MCLKRS (missing clock detect logic reset) and the PLLCR and PLLSTS registers are not reset.
This is the default behavior at reset.

NMI reset (NMIRS) will also not be reflected on the XRS pin and is internal to the device
