TMS320F280049: Bad link in TMS320F28004x TRM

Section 3.12.2 Flash Tools, there is a link to the Flash API Guide, but it has a comment bubble saying "bad link". I'm guessing it is supposed to go here:

Yes, I filed a ticket to fix the links. Looks like there is an extra space before the link address.
They will be fixed in next release.
