TMS320F28062F: Device does not work after code protection lock

Part Number: TMS320F28062F

Dear,

The customer BOR wants to code protect their TMS320F28062F InstaSpin device. The customer programs the device, using the C2000 Gang programmer. Configuration of the programmer can be found in the attached document. With out code protection, de device works perfect. After locking it, the device does not start.

    May you check that customer met the same problem if the code is programmed by CCS? If yes, please check the flash initialization and boot mode setting. If no, please check the sections setting in .cmd file, need to set all ".econst", ".const", ".switch" in page 0, except ".stack", ".ebss" and ".esysmem" in page 1.
