LAUNCHXL-F28027F: GUI Composer outputs an error and does not start

Hi all,

My customer gets the following error when starting GUI(InstaSPIN_F2802xF_UNIVERSAL) .

I also attach the installation log.
Please let me know if you know how to solve this problem.

The log is in the install_logs folder of the guicomposer folder.
