When there is a hex file after compiling,what informations I can get from the hex file?

Hex file typically contains the binary image (of executable) with address information (and optionally error correction codes). There are different formats in the industry - you can refer http://downloads.ti.com/docs/esd/SPNU118O/Content/SPNU118O_HTML/hex_conversion_utility_description.html
