Hi,

Customer has two questions about USB:

1) Any new drivers?

2) Which Windows systems are supported? Now they tried these two, but failed to install the Windows driver (unknown device)

--- Windows7 Professional 64-bit Chinese version

--- Windows7 Premium 32-bit Chinese version

Hi Jordan,

The windows drivers in C2000Ware should work for Windows 10 and earlier.

See them here: C:\ti\c2000\C2000Ware_1_00_04_00\utilities\windows_drivers

Hi,
Customer is using the driver from c2000ware_1_00_04, but still faced two windows system (as noted previously), which can't recognize it.
All of them are Chinese windows systems.
What can we do, now?

This may be due to the Chinese windows systems. I am not sure. Can you test this on a non-Chinese windows system?
