CCS/TMS320F28062: The reset of TMS320F28062

Hi,

We used the TMS320F28062PZT in the production, the MCU do not work when power on,now we jump out the VCC and GND(just like reset) and then the MCU work normally,

That phenomenon is false, right? Please help to analyze the reason,thanks.

I don't quite understand what you mean by "jump out the VCC and GND". Could you clarify this further? It would help if you could share the following:

Oscilloscope capture of -XRS, VDD & VDDIO pins during power-up.
Schematics of the circuit connected to the -XRS pin.

We connect the VCCIO and GND and then the MCU work normally,the Schematics and waveform as the picture:

Customer has used MAX809 which has a push-pull output. Datasheet recommends driving the –XRS pin with an open-drain output, with an external pull-up. Note that –XRS is both an input and an output pin. If the MCU is trying to drive –XRS low, while the MAX809 is trying to hold it high, there could be a contention. Please replace MAX809 with an OD device and connect an externa PU on –XRS. Let me know if that made a difference.
