I've been using the Piccolo F2802xF development board with DRV8305 motor driver board to run a few sensorless BLDC motors.

The motors are rated 3200RPM and 2500RPM, but I can't seem to achieve anything higher than 2000RPM and 1300RPM respectively.

I've operated both these motors using the supplier provided motor control boards and they meet the rated RPMs.

What modifications are required in order to achieve this?

You may only use lab02b/c to identify the motor parameters, to set the identified parameters in user.h. And then use lab05b or lab10a to run the motor. Please make sure the input DC voltage is right for the boostxl board, but is enough to run the motor to a high speed. You might need to set the correct maximum current based on the motor.

Thank you Yanming Luo. Overmodulation seems to have allowed around 20-30% higher speed and somewhat closer to manufacturer RPM spec.
