Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CC2420
I am having problems getting my F28035 (On a F2803x ControlCard) to correctly receive bytes from the SPI. The F28035 is the master and a CC2420 is the slave. The SPI is set up using 8-bit words and is clocked to "rising edge with delay" since that is what the CC2420 datasheet implies in figure 9. Data sent over SPI is perfect.
My problem is the data observed over the MISO line from an O-scope, doesn't match what is is SPIRXBUF after byte is sent. As an example below,

a dummy bite is sent over MOSI (labeled SI) and a value 0xAB is observed above but 0xFF sits in SPIRXBUF. Similar examples are in the table below. I can not make any sense out of the difference between the actual value and the value in RXBUF. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
NOTE: Even though it can't been seen on the scope, the CS line is high an adequate amount of time before the transmission and low enough time afterward.
| Actual | SPIRXBUF |
| 0x46 | 0x67 (Sometimes 0x27) |
| 0x0E | 0x0F (Sometimes 0xFF) |
| 0x41 | 0x61 |
| 0x88 | 0xCC |
