Hi,

We need to calculate the capacitance of crystal oscillator, we want to know the inner stray capacitance of TMS320F28075, but we do not find the parameter in the datasheet,

is there any PDF file or wiki explain it, thanks?

Hi,

It is very difficult to calculate the exact stray capacitance internal to the Micro controller, and also it varies with Process Voltage and Temperature.

To calculate the capacitance of crystal oscillator you can use stray capacitance between 2pf - 5pf. This could vary based on the actual crystal traces on the board though.
