PLC smart meter test, based on G3 and PRIME protocols

Hello,

I work for the Israel Electric Company in the field of Smart Grid PLC.
We promote PLC communication projects based on PRIME and G3-PLC.
In order to establish a meter testing laboratory, using PRIME and G3 technologies, we are looking for a system kit to test these meters with BER, traffic testing capabilities at least and furthers tests is welcome.
