TMS320F28335: Power supply for 28335 device -- Hardware design guideline

Hi Jack,

As long as Power Supply to the TMS320F28335 Micro controller meets the Sequencing requirements listed in section "5.9.2 Power Sequencing" in the data sheet, it is not mandatory to use the LDO circuit listed in "Table 5-6".

Power Sequencing requirement for 3.3V and 1.8V supply are also described, along with the signal diagrams in the same section.

On this device there is no VREG which will generate Core (VDD) voltage internal to device, you need external power supply to power the VDD.

I will have to get back to you on schematic, need to check with our Hardware team.
