CCS/TMS320F28379D: In the EtherCAT development process , how to config TLK register and do next?

Hi,

Now I have designed TMS320F28379D hardware which is used to develop EtherCAT protocol.

PHY is TLK110,esc is ET1100, EEPROM is 24LC16.

Now I download the first 10 words info. into EEprom, and ET1100 can read register like 0x0140 , 0x502 and so on.

Next step ,  my hardware as EtherCAT slave will be connected to beckhoff IPC.

But I am not sure if PHY register is needed to read and write when the net wire is connected to slave?

I refer TMDSECATCNCD379D example code ,and do not find any code about PHY setup . So I need help how to do next?

Make better if you can supply some reference or datasheet to develop. Thanks in advance.
