Dear Champs,

Below picture shows that id_ref is the sum of User_idRef and Irated from FAST block, can you please let me know why? As I understand, the Idref should be set to 0 if connect to PMSM under now field weaken.

Hi Jack,

This Irated can be zero for PMSM, or the magnetizing current for ACI. In the case of field weakening or field boosting, another current can be added as User_IdRef. In addition, if online resistance recalibration is enabled, it is done by adding an additional component to Irated. This addition is performed within the FAST estimator, and Irated that comes out of FAST already contains the current needed for Rs Online recalibration.
