TMS320F28377D: CAN test function.

Hi Luke,

I read about it there might be a way to check the CAN Bus communication.

Use ERR pin i.e. ERR pin of transceiver connected to host controller. As this pin is input, we can always read the status. 'Local Failure flag' will signal the open/short/etc. faults.
if any failures, just reset the transceiver to make it to normal before commencing the normal communication.
