I went through the files for LAUNCHXL_F28379D in C:\ti\c2000\C2000Ware_1_00_04_00\boards\LaunchPads\LAUNCHXL_F28379D\R2.0  

but couldn't find its footprint to design schematic in Altium. Can you help me with the footprint!

    The full design is available in Altium including the schematic in that directory.
    Which component's footprint are you looking for? The TMS320F28379D is actually spread across pages 7, 8 and 9 if that is what you are looking for.
