Part Number: TMS320F28377S
Hello,
I have some problems with my controller board, which has a TMS320F28377S as a microcontroller. I'll try to explain it. I have an Inverter board and a controller board. Controller board regulates the gate signals of the inverter and could be attached to the inverter board. On the inverter board, I have two different measurement circuits, one of them is for the voltage measuring and another one for the current. the output of both measurement circuit is a voltage value. (for current 1.15 - 2.65 V , for Voltage 0 - 2.88V). So each of these outputs are connected to the TMS320f... ADC pins to handle these signals. For current measurements, I get the correct value and signal at the ADC pins of the DSP and everything is okay. But for Voltage measurements, I get a periodic signal which is shown in the picture. Has someone any knowledge, what could be the problem?
The picture below should show a constant signal with a little offset about zero.
and next picture should be a constant signal about 2.88 V.
