Hello,
customer needs a 2nd I2C. Is there already a soft I2C implementation available on C2000? In best case on CLB or CLA!

Hi Holger,

Can you further explain what the customer is trying to do and why two I2Cs are needed? There is only one I2C bus on the f28004x as you probably know.

We do not currently have any examples or collateral for a software level I2C implementation.

Hi Holger,

One option that I didn't think about in my first response is the possibility of using PMBUS I2C mode. However, there currently aren't any I2C mode specific examples for it either and limited collateral (DS and TRM I believe).
