Yes this is obsolete and out of stock. As mentioned on the kit page, we recommend migrating to the TMDSCNCD28379D for the latest technology.

alternately, you might be able to grab the TMDSDOCK28335. It is a similar device, however with the embedded Flash, and ADC is does not run as fast as the C2834x.
