CCS/MOTORWARE: Error opening instaspin user labs projects

Hi

Im trying to load some lab projects into my high voltage evaluation board, that's the yellow board in a black housing.

When I try and open the PDF I get an error. It has something to do with sharing pdf documents.

Can someone tell me how to work aroun motorware to open this file, and also how to open ccs and load a lab.

This is my forth week on this product and I still cant get anything running consistently. If I cant get this system running by the end of

week, we need to source alternitives

    Please download and install the motorware again as the link below.
    www.ti.com/.../motorware

    You will find some documents in the below folder if you installed the motorware by default, please read these two documents first to setup the kit.
    qsg_hw_hvmtr_r1p1.pdf, C:\ti\motorware\motorware_1_01_00_18\docs\boards\drive\hvkit_rev1p1\docs
    readmefirst_instaspin_motor_kits.pdf, C:\ti\motorware\motorware_1_01_00_18\docs\boards\kits\docs

    And then, follow the instaSPIN lab guide to run some instaSPIN-FOC lab examples, you could run lab1->lab1b->lab1c->lab2b->lab3a->lab05b->lab10a in sequence.

    To load the correct lab project per the kit and controlCard in below folder.

    The instaSPIN lab guide can be opened on my PC. Did you only not to open this instaSPIN lab guide? Or have this error on other documents? You may also find some content about using the lab project if you execute the "MotorWare.exe" under "C:\ti\motorware\motorware_1_01_00_18" folder. Would you like to re-install the motorware utility and try to open the document again, there is no any other user reported this problem about opening the document.
