From High level to Low level, this is falling edge, and from Low level to High level, it is rising edge.

What is the range of high level and low level?

Ronnie,

The eCAP uses the IO buffer, so it detects a 'low' level at or below VIL and detects a high level at or above VIH. Both of these numbers are defined in the datasheet.
