TMS320F28062: eCAP issue

In the following figure, green waveform is pulse signal and yellow line waveform is the GPIO (in eCAP interrupt, GPIO is toggled at every edge) signal.

Why GPIO signal is different from pulse? How to avoid the narrow pulse?

Ronnie,

It looks like things work for a while (first two pulses) and then you get that narrow pulse. That narrow pulse seems to be caused by an additional unexpected interrupt on the eCAP. Could you be getting noise on the eCAP line? Try placing a small cap on the eCAP pins and see if it clears up the problem.

Strangely, the green waveform is the eCAP pin signal into DSP, from that, i can not find any noise.
