TMS320F28377D: Automotive Grade 0 ASIL-B uProcessor

Dear Team,

I am looking for an automotive ASIL-B Grade 0 (150C Operative Temp and 175C Junction Temp) uProcessor entry level for a fan controller board.

Requirements are entry level, generate PWM signals to command a gate driver and 32kb.

Any C2000 Piccolo entry level product that meet the above specs? Or any other you have in mind?

You asked several questions in the post tied to a Delfino (F28377D) part number. Will try to answer them in the best way possible

1. ASIL-B MCU needed.

From this post/response you can get an idea of the current status of C2000 MCUs from a safety assessment perspective

2. AEC Q-100 Grade-0 (150 C ambient i.e. 175 C Tj) needed.

No product in the C2000 product family has currently been intrinsically qualified to meet AEC Q-100 Grade-0

However, at TI we have a Hi-Reliability product line that take standard products from C2000 and do additional things like add heat sinks etc. to meet the requirements of the Hi-Rel market. There is a F28377D product that meets grade 0 that is listed at URL below
