Control Suite with Windows 7

Ok .. please excuse me if it is one of the FAQs ... having issues when trying to install control suite in Windows 7 machine, it is not allowing the installation to proceed .... any ideas?

    Arefeen,

    Do you have admin access to your machine? We have tested this on Windows 7 and it should work if you have admin rights.

    If that is not the issue, can you provide a screenshot or more detailed error message?

    And if all else fails, you can download a zip version of the package directly from the software folder, look under "Support Software"

    Hello Michael - Thanks for the suggestions. All good now ... the Control Suite installed correctly after second download ... frankly not sure about the issue first time. The user had the admin right to the machine .... anyway, it now works!!! Again, thanks for your support.
