TMS320F28034: ePWM conflicting counter zero clear and sync input

Hi Experts,

Assuming that PWM1 and PWM2 are running and PWM2 is synchronized with PWM1. When PWM2 counter is cleared due to the PWM2 counter matches with period, at the same timing, the synchronization pulse is inputted from PWM1. 

The question is what is PWM2 timer counter which zero or PBPHS.
