TMS320F28374S: Maximum time for FLASH sector ERASE operation in F28374s

Hi Team,

For TMS320F28374s FLASH sector erase maximum time definition, defined the maximum erase time of "<25 cycles" and “at 20K cycles”, but not defined clearly for "25 cycle < ERASE Maximum time< 20K Cyclyes" and "ERASE ERASE Maximum time> 20K Cycles", could you kindly help to clarify the 2 items?

Hi Benjamin,

Here is my response to 2 items:

1. No we do not have erase time numbers for erase cycles between 25 and 20K, unfortunately you will have to use the max time from 20K cycles. Are you looking for erase times for any specific number of cycles?

2. Erase cycles beyond 20k is outside data sheet limits, so we do not specify the erase time for that.
