Hi Champs,
My customer built 10 pcs control boards using F28075. And during their debugging, they found half of them cannot be programmed, on which F28075 are brand new samples. I am testing those failure samples and you can refer to the results as follows. And CCSv7.2 and XDS110 were used.
1. Test connection passed, and the result is " The JTAG DR Integrity scan-test has succeeded.";
2. RAM version project can be downloaded and debugged;
3. Flash version project(we use flash_programming) cannot be programmed successfully. And CCS process bar was stuck as the following stage.
After that, the load failed message was appeared.
