I want to program the OTP, so I add a section in my source code.

And add the section in the link file.

But after programming, the OTP is not updated. So I think the .out/.hex doesn't include the OTP data.

Your images aren't showing up. Do you see the data allocated to the section in your project .MAP file?

Yes, the section is in the .map file.

We still can not see the image you are posting. If it's part of map section then it should be good and get programmed along with .out. You can refer C2000Ware example "device_support\f2807x\examples\cpu1\blinky_with_DCSM" to see if there is anything missing. This example is for F2807x device but concept is same.
